Tori Kirby is a dedicated and accomplished individual who has recently returned to The Long Firm as a Paralegal. She previously served as a Litigation Assistant from September 2016 to September 2020, where she played a crucial role in arranging evidence and legal documents for attorney review and case preparation. Tori has extensive experience in defense litigation, including analyzing medical records, drafting discovery demands and responses, and preparing demonstrative evidence for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Tori is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in May 2023. Throughout her academic journey, Tori maintained an impressive GPA of 3.739 and consistently made it onto the Dean’s List. She also studied at the University of Vermont from Fall 2019 to Fall 2020.

During her time at the University of Buffalo, Tori worked as a Research Aide for the Women’s Health Initiative Study, where she played a vital role in analyzing data for a research study focused on the health of women as they age. She effectively communicated with participants to collect data and annual health update forms, contributing to the success of the study.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Tori has been actively involved with the UB Aces Tennis Club at the University at Buffalo. As a member, she fostered teamwork and cooperation among her fellow teammates and participated in day-long tournaments at other schools, further enhancing her leadership and interpersonal skills.
